Legend of the Seeker has been renewed for a second season! Although the typical fanboys seem to hate it (see: AICN talkbacks), I’m thrilled. I’m also thrilled that ![[info]](http://stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small}
di_br is vidding it as we speak. I enjoy this show, but not in a “Must See Now!” way, but once I get ready to watch each week, I’m never disappointed. Really, in this day and age, there are very few shows that can’t be considered “rip offs” of other shows, so why focus on that? I catch it via DVR through the WGN Network, but it’s also available on Hulu.
In much worse news, Ugly Betty as been backburnered. ABC wants to start a Thursday Night comedy block and Betty has been relegated to post-sweep status. Uh oh. This is potentially very bad news for us fans. However, with the status of PD and UB, I may just be able to let ABC go from my viewing in its entirety. Pfft.

kind of bummed about Betty. it’s being pushed back til somewhere around June (which is when the last episodes of PD & D,SM are supposed to air). Doesn’t give me much hope of another season.
I don’t have any hope of seeing the rest of PD on air. Now, *that* was an original show, and look what happened to it.
I read recently that Eureka is supposed to return around June or so…have you heard anything?
they did announce that PD will get a second season dvd release, so that’s when we’ll probably see the new episodes.
Still waiting on my deoderant from Eureka. Um, ifthey do like they did last time, they’ll rerun the 8 episodes before showing the new ones, and the reruns start March 24th on the daytime rotation (or mini marathon to fill the day Scifi is notorious for), so maybe in April.
Aw, goddammit!
