This is my life and there’s (still) no Mekhi Phifer. We had three days of bomb threats at work, and other than that, not much is happening there.

Anyway, dude, I figured out why I love Pushing Daisies so much! In my car, the only thing I’ve been listening to for months now is the Harry Potter series on my Zune. Who’s the narrator? None other than Jim Dale, who is also the narrator for Pushing Daisies. No wonder I love the show. His voice is the first one I hear every day! Although this show is absolutely fantastic, I think it’s contributing to my loneliness. I’m Olive. Totally.

Heroes will find it’s second season footing, but I’m not hating it as is, so I say, “Keep on!” Survivor gave me a moment of dread when it looked like James was doomed, only for him to come back with the Immunity Idol AND a win. Yay! Ugly Betty. Oh, Ugly Betty, you have completely redeemed yourself from the sadness of Santos with Cliff. LOVE Cliff! I want to be Mark. Seriously. SGA is still good, though I miss Elizabeth terribly.

Hobbit and Istar are doing great, and want to wish everyone a Happy Halloween! :jack: :frankie: :skull: :vamp:

I haven’t much to say, but since it’s nearly Halloween, Frankie :frankie: is back as the default theme. There is a little glitch with the headline images plugin with the newest version of WP, so I’ve removed all other themes other than Eureka (which is Fall inspired) for now.

Monstrously Good Stuff

stash.jpgYou would think that getting a shipment from White Flower Lei would be enough of a great thing, but you’d be wrong. Having purchased the “Bliss” Soy Candle at Dragon*Con, I was confident I would also love the “Bliss” soap, also handmade by Virginia Hey. After experiencing the amazing meditation workshop by Virginia, I also purchased the “Chill” meditation CD. They arrived today with a lovely handwritten note from Virginia that I may just frame. Hee!

The next great thing happened when I realized that I had received not one, but TWO packages. and sure do know how to turn it out. OMG. No one is a bigger fan of Frankenstein that I am, and my guys are just remarkably great at picking out the perfect gifts. Starting in the upper left hand corner, I’ll describe: “Bliss” soap, “Chill” CD, Frankie cookie jar, Frankie “Trick or Treat” socks, handmade, extraordinarily clever card *loves*, and Frankie dish. (Not pictured because it’s already hanging up, is the cutest Frankie glass windchime in the world)! In no way do I deserve such wonderful things, but I just wanted to say to Ben and Jesse that “YOU ROCK!!”
