This was the day

This was the day in Middle Earth history that Boromir arrived at Rivendell, spawning some of my most favorite fanfic EVAR. Oh, and this is the day that I stand firm in my commitment to never watch a Bond film (other than the one with Sean Bean). This Craig guy is just blech. Such a disappointment.

I’m In Love

My newest obsession? Widgets! I only use two of them. The first is a weather widget that shows…the weather! Because, you know, I can’t look out the window and tell what’s going on. The second is a picture show. Because, you know, looking at Sean Bean on my wp isn’t enough, now I can have a little slideshow of my 220MB worth of pics of him at all times!

In other news, I single-handedly repaired my DVD burner. It seems that taking it out, blowing on it like there’s no tomorrow, and putting it back in works wonders. I knew all that practice would pay off!

p.s. Just ignore me, I’ve been under the influence of cold meds. 😉
