Well, with Mom’s foot all swollen, blue, broken, and all, I’m here playing handmaiden for a bit. It’s actually not that bad, but my move has been postponed.
LOST just became my favorite TV show again. How? I finally watched the season finale. I won’t go into any details, so as to not spoil those who haven’t seen it, but OMG. In the 25 episodes of Season 1, at least half of them had me tearing up, especially the first Locke ep, and now the finale. I don’t know if it’s from all the “Fix You” playing in my head or what, but even with the blatant manipulation from the writers, I love LOST.
In the past two days, I have purchased an Anakin standee (I hear it’s HUGE!), two Anakin-centric calendars, an Anakin keychain, two Anakin-heavy puzzles, an Anakin/Obi-Wan air freshener for Anduril, a pair of Tommy clogs, a $400 retail MK order, enough food to feed an army, some gifts for Ashley’s birthday, InTouch Weekly, and the new ToyFare.
And I’m unemployed.
Batman Begins is awesome. Bale does a GREAT job as Bruce, as well as Batman. I had a couple of *ugh* moments, but overall, a VERY good movie. Much better than ANY comic movie I’ve ever seen. Ash and I checked out the hotness that is Bale and then did quite a bit of shopping and eating. I’ll edit with more info, but I just really wanted to say how awesome Batman Begins is!
Oh, and Mom broke her foot today. It’s awful and I hope it heals properly. 😥 Tomorrow is Day 5 of icky stomach virus-y thing. I can’t eat anything. This could be good…
