Kyoto Explained

You know how you go to work and all the big boys are up in the big office making real decisions but the lesser departments also have to hold meetings? You know how the peons never have anything of significance to discuss so after an awkward lull they talk about the weather?

Yeah, that’s Kyoto.

I’m so easy

I’m a happy happy girl right now. When I moved up here, for whatever reason, I wasn’t permitted to use my DirecTV receiver. I had to use one of my father’s choices. Today we found out that Mom fried it. WHOO! I now have (again) one-touch timer and no annoying 4 digit input. Yes, these two things will save me about 3 minutes a day of my precious time, but it’s a GREAT feeling knowing that my viewing pleasure just increased tenfold. 😆

I finished my slashy (or not) Sirius/Remus vid. I almost like it. Meh.

Me again. Oh yeah

Talk about big brother. I just got my license. It’s the same number as the one I first received when I was 16 years old. They knew everything about me, driving-wise. They knew I had gone to FL, gotten tickets in NC, and everything. Yikes!

I also registered to vote. I missed the last election because I didn’t have my DL taken care of, but that’s ok. I registered Republican (of course), but in this state, you almost have to be a Dem to vote in the primaries. Oh well. I really wish there was a category called “Republican: Financial, only. Non-Christian. Liberal as they come otherwise” That would be teh awesome. I wish Dems and other liberals had the sense to realize that not all Republicans are stuffy, church types. Again, oh well.

Also, all of my organs are up for grabs. Get ’em while the gettin’s good :clown:
