Top 5- Doctor Who Series 4

Donna Noble! I was apathetic going into this year. The year’s Christmas special had left a lot to be desired, and though I had liked Donna well enough in her Christmas special, I didn’t necessarily think she would carry the show for me. WRONG! I think most of fandom was so unexpectedly won over by Donna that she rapidly became a true favorite. Ten’s announcement that he was leaving just capped this as my favorite series yet!

1. I can (and do) loop “The Fires of Pompeii” on a regular basis. Once again, the music is amazing and really helps set the time and tone. Donna’s compassion for the residents of Pompeii along with her willingness to stand up to The Doctor put me firmly in her corner. Bonus: Dad’s grilling of Quintus: “How’s your head, Sunshine? HOW’S YOUR HEAD?!?” gets me every time. Hee! In truth I could do a “Top 5” for just this episode alone, I love it so much.

2. The top secret reveal at the end of “Partners In Crime” was a true OMG moment. Well played.

3. “Turn Left” was the most amazing episode in terms of character development we’ve seen from DW. Donna’s speech just before turning had me in tears and I came to love her as my favorite companion of all.

4. Who doesn’t love reunions? The final episodes were a fan’s dream come true in many ways. Sarah Jane, K-9, Mickey(!), Jackie, the Torchwood crew, and even Rose made me happy to have been a fan for all this time.

5. The “Song of Freedom” as heard by the DoctorDonna on “The Planet of the Ood” and again in “Journey’s End”. In conjunction with #4 on this list, it was just a powerful, sappy, melodramatic, humorous moment in time. I cried, laughed, and looped.

More: I truly loved the River Song storyline and want to know more! After an initial review of “meh”, “The Unicorn and the Wasp” has proved that it, too, is loopable. We met Merlin in “Midnight”–sweet! Did I mention how utterly fantastic Donna was? Just as much so: Wilf, her grandad. LOVE him! His final scene with The Doctor was heartbreaking and lovely. BEST SERIES OF ALL!

  2. I have witnessed that clever real estate agents just about everywhere are starting to warm up to FSBO ***********. They are realizing that it’s not only placing a poster in the front place. It’s really with regards to building relationships with these suppliers who someday will become purchasers. So, when you give your time and efforts to aiding these vendors go it alone – the “Law associated with Reciprocity” kicks in. Great blog post.

  8. I have really learned newer and more effective things through your site. One other thing I’d prefer to say is the fact that newer laptop or computer os’s are inclined to allow far more memory to get used, but they furthermore demand more storage simply to work. If one’s computer is not able to handle a lot more memory along with the newest software requires that ram increase, it can be the time to buy a new Personal computer. Thanks

  11. Thanks for your posting. I would love to comment that the very first thing you will need to accomplish is verify if you really need credit repair. To do that you must get your hands on a replica of your credit report. That should never be difficult, ever since the government mandates that you are allowed to be issued one no cost copy of your credit report annually. You just have to request the right people today. You can either find out from the website for that Federal Trade Commission or maybe contact one of the major credit agencies instantly.

  12. I’ve observed that in the world today, video games would be the latest craze with kids of all ages. Many times it may be impossible to drag your children away from the activities. If you want the best of both worlds, there are several educational video games for kids. Good post.

  13. I?ve been exploring for a little bit for any high-quality articles or blog posts on this kind of area . Exploring in Yahoo I at last stumbled upon this site. Reading this info So i?m happy to convey that I have an incredibly good uncanny feeling I discovered exactly what I needed. I most certainly will make sure to don?t forget this web site and give it a glance on a constant basis.

  14. One thing I’d prefer to say is that before getting more computer memory, look at the machine into which it is installed. In case the machine is running Windows XP, for instance, the memory ceiling is 3.25GB. Setting up more than this would purely constitute a waste. Make sure one’s motherboard can handle the actual upgrade amount, as well. Thanks for your blog post.

  15. My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on a variety of websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress content into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
