That was good. Though I had a moment of “I miss Will,” I was really pleased with the season premiere of Robin Hood. Actually, I’m still smiling and so relieved that it has taken on a new vibe, but held to the core purpose. I can’t wait for more! As usual, I’m still holding Legend of the Seeker until later today, so perhaps after viewing Seeker and Primeval, I’ll have even more to babble about.
Ben’s visit was the best in years. We had El Mariachi, shopping, Starbucks chai lattes, and fun with component cables. Truthfully, I fixed the problem with the DVD player this morning, but I could not have done it without Ben’s help from last night. He connected the cables expertly, but I neglected to check the settings on just one thing; the DVD player itself. After waking with this revelation, I reconnected everything just as he had done, changed the settings and BAM! Awesome picture. I just had to watch Robin Hood again at that point (you know, just to check out the cables 😉 ). Thanks, Ben!!
