I’ve come to the conclusion that whatever ails me can be fixed by a healthy dose of The Ninth Doctor. I’ve been on a three day bender and my cold is nearly gone, I’m not grumpy about work, and I’m actually quite pleasant to be around. I don’t really know why I love Nine so much, I just really, really do. Even the eps from Series 1 that I don’t particularly love (The Empty Child, The Doctor Dances) beat just about anything else on the tube. The picture here is actually a wallpaper from here. I did take some time to catch S2 E1 of True Blood. Eh, it was alright. I don’t really love the show, but I’ll stick with it for a bit, especially since there isn’t much else on just yet.

I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Appreciate it!|

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
