Is This Planet Protected?

The new season of Doctor Who began today with a very triumphant debut of the Eleventh Doctor. There is a definite shift in tone from the previous series (or non-series as it was), and I think this is exactly the episode to reset with. The introduction of Amy Pond was the best companion beginning yet, and I already love her. The rest of the plot didn’t really blow my mind, but the nod to the previous Doctors was glorious and brought out an actual cheer. I think Eleven is a very capable incarnation and I look forward to seeing him in action week after week.

I’m already re-watching because I let a lot of information slip past me the first time. I also want to compile a list of “clues” to watch for as the series progresses because I think there will be quite the payoff with this writing team. For instance, there is a blue lens flare that lingers for a considerable amount of time when there is no known source of light for that scene. Hmmmm. I’m also curious about the possible significance of the “Myth” laptop. Each of those things may be inconsequential, of course, or they could be related to the coming Silence. Who knows?

Who knows, indeed!! *ahem*

  1. May your days be wrapped in the joy of the season and tied with ribbons of happiness.???Wishing you a holiday season filled with all the things that make your heart smile.

  2. About melbourne city day tours

At the beginning began running Melbourne tours with Autopia
Tours in the early days, I soon discovered this city has
layers you won’t find in the tourist guides.
The laneways buzz with buskers, the Yarra River curves around stories older than Federation, and the nightlife can keep you
out into the early hours. If you’re considering day tours from Melbourne, you’ll find a city that’s got heritage,
character and elegance in balanced parts.

I’ve long explored immersing myself in the
City of Melbourne, from the high-rise offices
to the serene greenery of the Royal Botanic Gardens
Victoria, and on each stroll, I find something new.
This blog is my perspective — part visitor’s manual, part story,
part organiser — for anyone who wants to enjoy Melbourne like a
local with dusty boots, not a glossy pamphlet.

Before we get into Melbourne’s coffee culture and theatre scenes, it’s important to acknowledge
the Traditional Owners of the land. The Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation have protected Country here for tens
of thousands of years. The Yarra River — or Birrarung
as it’s traditionally known — isn’t just a backdrop for fitness lovers and rowers; it’s a vital stream, core
of creation stories and cultural practice.

Even today, the way the Victorian Government manages the city’s development, water supply and urban planning is tied to the river.
The city’s very infrastructure, from regional drainage systems to flood protection and water restrictions, all hinge on how we treat Country.
To honour that heritage is to travel mindfully — taking time to learn the stories, not just snapping the skyline.

  3. and reducing the possibility of being productivThinning is a process that removes a certain portion of a fruit crop to help the remaining fruit grow to an adequate size and better quality.?? ?????Thinning can also increase subsequent crop yields for fruits like peaches,

  4. ?? ?????aren’t afraid to use them all.Malay dishes employ a range of exotic fruits and herbs with Indian and Thai spices; Indonesian ones like satay with spicy-sweet peanut sauce also aren’t afraid to give South Asian spices the Southeast Asian treatment.
