Hello, Sweetie

Our poor Doctor. He’s so harangued by River Song. LOL. Even the brief, surprise greeting of, “Hello, Sweetie,” elicits such a hangdog response that you just want to put your arm around The Doctor and tell him that everything will be okay. Being out of the loop, I had no idea there was a current running through fandom with theories about River. I’m pretty bad to take a plot point at face value and just let the story play out, but now I’m dying to get into the conspiracy theorists’ minds.

That’s the big difference with the new series; it’s smarter. Certainly not to disparage RTD’s helm, which was still largely better than anything else on television, but the nuances now are just a bit more mature and cerebral. Perhaps the least cerebral clue, as I mentioned before, is “The Crack” and though I did not spot the crack in the episode, it’s FINALLY being seen by The Doctor in the preview for next week’s episode. Next week’s episode, by the way, looks to be full of excitement, and motion, and intrigue.

In what I consider to be the mark of greatness for a show, a Twitter friend of mine is just getting into Doctor Who, and I’m proud to have him jump on board with Eleven and Amy. Welcome to the greatest show on Earth. Or Gallifrey. Or Raxacoricofallapatorius. Or, well, you get the picture. With The Doctor and the TARDIS, anything is possible!

it all at the moment but I have bookmarked it and also added your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read a lot

  2. Your explanation makes it clear that Independent Living is more like a retirement community, while Nursing Homes are more clinical. That’s consistent with what I’ve read on assisted living when comparing different senior housing models.

  3. For families concerned about memory issues, your clarification around which environments can handle mild versus advanced dementia is crucial. I dug into more specialized memory care information on elderly care when planning for my uncle.

  4. It’s encouraging to see how many options there are beyond traditional Nursing Homes. Independent Living and Assisted Living can be very positive moves. I’ve been exploring success stories and resident testimonials on elderly care .

  5. Hello there! Quick question that’s completely off topic.

Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My website looks
weird when browsing from my iphone. I’m trying to
find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this issue.
If you have any recommendations, please share. Thanks!

  6. The idea of planning ahead before a health crisis hits is so important. We used planning guides from senior care , together with information like this, to make decisions calmly instead of in an emergency.

  7. My grandmother thrived after moving from a huge building into a small senior home. She finally got consistent help with grooming and meals. Sites like respite care make it easier to find settings like that.
