Not “The” Clash

Two episodes in and I am utterly fascinated by The History Channel’s new series Clash of the Gods. It’s not the standard documentary, and with all the gore and stylizations, I would say it’s more in the 300 vein. So far, we’ve seen Zeus (though sadly not a hot one like we will see soon), and Hercules. Thanks to my pal Percy Jackson, I already knew a lot of what was being discussed.

The upcoming episode schedule (subject to change) is:
[Mondays at 10PM ET/PT]
August 3 (premiere ZEUS)–now on History.com/video
August 10 HERCULES
August 17 HADES
August 24 THE LABYRINTH OF THE MINOTAUR
August 31 MEDUSA
[Sept 7 – pre-empted]
September 14 ODYSSEUS: CURSE OF THE SEA
September 21 ODYSSEUS: WARRIOR’S REVENGE

September 28 – October 12 – episodes BEOWULF, THE LORD OF THE RINGS and THOR dates TBA

I urge to watch, even if you have to catch it via History.com. It’s that good. Visit the KPITV blog to get more information and general awesomeness from the actual makers of the series.
